Policies From Canadian Customers we accept payment in VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Personal Cheques or Money Order.  From US or overseas customers, due to the different banking systems, we can accept only PayPal, Credit Cards or International Money Orders. All Credit Card payments are processed through PayPal -- the safest way to pay by Credit Card (only PayPal will see your Credit Card # and they are the highest security online financial service, with over 100 million customers world wide).   You do not immediately pay for your purchase: once you submit the order we will email you back our Invoice with the exact and cheapest shipping charge we could find for your location and for the speed of delivery you requested. We will include Payment Instructions in our Invoice, (one-click button), or you can  make your PayPal payment directly to books@montland.ca     Shipping: We will ship the book immediately, as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.   Tracking: We ship with Canada Post Regular Mail or Expedited Parcel (unless you direct us otherwise) and we will forward you the Canada Post Tracking Number (if available), so you can keep track of the progress of shipment.   Returns: If the book is not as described, or damaged in shipment, we will give you a full refund if you mail the book back to us within 5 days from the date you received the shipment.   Currency: All prices (purchase and shipping) on this website are in US$.
